I absolutely loved my stay in this unit. The privacy of the patio, being a back-end unit away from the pool, was exactly what I was looking for. The property’s layout also offers stunning views of both the sun and moon, which added to the experience. I’ve stayed with this host before, and as always, their bedding is exceptionally comfortable—the best I’ve come across. My only critique would be the weak water pressure and the showerhead, which could use an upgrade. Beyond that, everything was fantastic. The location is also a huge plus. There’s a 7-Eleven right across the property, open 24/7, and the neighborhood is filled with great dining options. My go-to breakfast spot is Me Latte Café, where they serve the best French toast and Açaí bowls in town at an affordable price. Another favorite is Mera, just a 10-minute walk away, offering incredible breakfast, lunch, and the finest coffee and cheese in the area. For the best fish and shrimp tacos in town, drop by El Aguajito Marisqueria.
I had a great experience staying here, the resort was clean, inviting and I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious and very luxurious looking and in my opinion, great value for the price with all the amenities you need (WiFi, fridge, safe and AIR conditioning with a ceiling fan) Excellent service from Mary at the front and Diego the manager. They helped me with anything and everything I needed. The on site cafe had excellent food and coffee also. Highly recommend during your stay in Tulum
Dear Mary This most wonderful lady made our whole experience and we will be coming back due to her kindness, service, professionalism, compassion and joy that she brings to this place. I’ve worked in the service industry a long time & I'm beyond thrilled/ amazed by Mary ! She went above and beyond for every person who stayed there. You can tell she loves what she does, that goes for all staff here. Mary was so accommodating; She helped with scooter rentals, taxis, where to visit, places to eat. The list goes on, so warming. We felt so safe and welcomed. The experience was so amazing we took photos with Mary to remember forever. We can’t wait to come back. Huge thank you to all staff. The grounds are so convenient, clean and aesthetically pleasing. 6-8 minutes from town 6-10 minutes to beach !! Prime location. It’s near convenience stores, groceries, restaurants that are absolutely a must go, food trucks and so much more. Did I forget to mention the ADO station is 10-15 Minutes out. Booked through Airbnb and we had a mixed stay.. The rooms itself are gorgeous and the pool area is really nice. Staff are lovely and it’s in a good location close to a 7/11 and a bike rental The downsides for us were that there is no air con (only ceiling fans). This IS advertised so it wasn’t a surprise and we thought we would be okay with just a ceiling fan but in Mexican heat it really isn’t the one. The biggest issue is the damp and mould.. damp smells, rooms get really really warm and we found that a lot of our stuff in cupboards, wardrobes etc. had gone mouldy. The host helped us out with all of this and removed the mouldy basket but for a long stay, it really isn’t ideal. I believe they get aircon early next year so I wouldn’t really recommend until then. It makes a huge difference when there IS air conditioning.. it will be a gorgeous place to stay !!
Great place to stay! Paved road!! Close to avenida 7 with lots of restaurants. The pool is amazing, looks like a lagoon. They even have a beautiful underground Spa, and the massage we got was wonderful. Very spacious and modern!!

dont listen to the negative reviews on here, or do. if you do, still book and I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised. this stay was absolutely incredible and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. no security deposit requested, air con worked perfectly, got a free room upgrade, and the communication throughout the stay was great! thank you for making our trip such a great one, deffo staying here when we come back to tulum!
